Team is good, you may learn a lot if you are interested in gaining and earning knowledge. Nobody will create resistance for your learning you are free to learn on your own. There is an open environment for learning.

Dislikes

Salary is very less as compared to current scenario. There is no grade pay or such kind of salary structure. Increment policy are also not fare. Your experience goes on increasing but your salary will go on at constant curve. As generally increment falls between 8% to 12% on basic salary and the basic salary is in itself very less.Also one more thing is that there is no value for working person. If you are fake person of good reporting nature than you may raise here than the one who works with full honesty....Read More
