I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Flexible working hours. Management is good Every person have fixed work schedule also those employees responsible for work/ task for should be complete on time. According are not putting a pressure &Pending work of other employees.

I was joined in may 2023 but as per my skill and knowledge. I did not got that opportunity. They are not developing the skill of employees. They give only same routine work on daily basics. Appraisal is low for all employees every year Near below 10℅.
