I have learned everything by myself there is nothing like training or any team session for leaning new skills. The best and only reason i like Orient Technologies still is they gave me lots of work and open technology to hands-on my skills example Admin access to the Firewall and AWS accounts so in that live environment I got pressure to complete the task and learn quickly.

No such team work in cloud team because of the senior superiority, Don't expect or depend on appraisals Hr and TL always shows your weekness to you and postpond it your appraisal to a new year ,Worst working environment for Freshers or junior level guys,In cloud you can maintain your work life Balace but in other team like network security which i have been working there as well there was like complete your calls and work then leave even after work time they doesn't care about your family time, In covid they made a policy to deduct 40% salary to all of there employees i was joined as a fresher and i earned minimum amount even then that policy was applicable for me. They didn't even informed me that they have lost this project and I have to work as a backup. I joined here as Project manager but I had to work as a backup engineer. They have promised thatthey hav many projects in pipeline and I will be get a permanent site. however, After 6 month when the probation period over they told me either work in a lower salary or put the resignation.
