Terrible Job Security. Horrible Pay- They don't even bother to tell you before cutting your salary and by how much. Monotonous work with no scope of growth and colleagues are not at all helpful. If you want to work this is the last place you should approach.

There is nothing to like about this company. If this will be the world's last company to work with , still I would suggest don't work here.

There are a lot of things to dislike this company. They give exit notice to pregnant female, the make the TL resign who supports her. The transfer you to other teams without prior notice , because they are against good team building. They give exit notice to a Sr. Recruiter who is handling 4 people below her and doing 30-40 submissions in a week and getting 5-7 selects. There is nothing like privacy in this company. All the messages , emails and even team calls are recorded and then used against you. If you support each other you are removed from the company. Let's not start on pay scale. The pay scale is pathetic, a recruiter with 5+yrs of experience is given 14k and a TL with 10+yrs of experience is given 20k. And there is nothing like incentives over here.
