Whole management is the worst here. Only making reasons to cut employees salaries anyhow they want. Salaries are not credited at time. They give wages instead of salaries to people.

Management was poor! The team leads are puppets, don't use their own brains to judge right or wrong. the Job is also not secure. They can kick you out of the company anytime. work-life is horrible. U don't get time even to drink water and take breaks. High-level micromanagement. The managers were like Hitler. Do or die policy for everyone. The pay structure was also pathetic. Teammates were fine. No proper training is given at the time of joining, No career growth. I worked for two years but no single increments these two years. Lots of politics amongst Mid to high level. Negative working environment.
