since there is no proper way of work, strongly recommended to not join company.

Dislikes

no salary on time, no job satisfaction, not proper accommodation. no working hours and schedule, there are not job security, if by resign from company means you must have to compensate 3 month salary. as i have faced all above

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
