1. Management is not interested in development of employees as management is with waring high salary from newly earned profits. 2. Employees who are working here for more than 2 years are also frustrated. 3. Major heads are planning to leave so if you join all the work pressure will be on you </mark>. 4. Indian management hence politics is too much that's why Indian companies like these cannot become big firms. 5. Even if you don't have job and dying out of poverty please don't join this firm as your career will be doomed. 6. Major part of salary compensation is withdrawn by sales people who are former employees of one bank and they prefer and refer their own ex employees and pay them huge packages and not to deserving ones.
