Banking hour is much more for the customer. Bonus is very low. I will not suggest to any one for indusind bank.

Work Culture The work culture in the company is characterized by intense pressure, with every day feeling like the end of the year. The higher-level management staff does not seem to understand or care about the pressure faced by branch-level employees, and they continue to impose unrealistic expectations and deadlines. Big fault in management system.

Hiring process is to slow, appraisal benifit are very terrible, and the worst part no culture for opening bank on holiday. Mostly bank is open on 3 days holiday or on Second and forth Saturday some times

Nothing to like, very poor management and most important thing is there is no support at the time of crisis like medical emergency at your home, They did not bothered about anything but business.

No support no help no body listen about your crisis or situation, they are only bothered about business, Mis commitments made by them from recruitment till your resignation.

Work Culture.The senior management doesnot support you in terms transfers, appraisals, you have to beg for your leaves. RH takes VC 4 times a day with BMs to BDM level and use abusing language. There is no fix time to leave the office but you have to reach branch @ 8.50 am.

Branch manager do not know anything.But will think they are running the branch.state head and their supervisor will shout at you like a dog.they will even call you on sat and Sunday by saying it is zh mandate.will. Have to forget the family.as no work life balance at all.hr also have no control.will get 5000 as yearly appraisal.It is not bank it is insurance company.they will ask you to do 1 crore life insurance in March and average 50 lakh in month....Read More
