Oracle is a great place to learn new oracle technologies. It gives opportunities for challenging works. Lot of scope to self explore and learn.

Compensation and benefits are not great. It never gives 100% of bonus component. No hike in salary. Lot of pressure to deal with as you will be onsite working at client's location. So you will be assigned tasks from your Oracle manager and work from your client. You will have to attend Oracle meeting and also client's. No suitable for people whose family is dependent on them as job requires lot of travel....Read More
