Great place to learn a lot of technologies in a short span of time, great for people who can take ownership of components and deliver instead of relying on continuous guidance and inputs.

The management culture has degraded overtime, the middle and lower layer is filled with great talent, but most of upper management has a very conservative thought-process in terms of talent retention and skill development.
