Great place to learn a lot of technologies in a short span of time, great for people who can take ownership of components and deliver instead of relying on continuous guidance and inputs.

Dislikes

The management culture has degraded overtime, the middle and lower layer is filled with great talent, but most of upper management has a very conservative thought-process in terms of talent retention and skill development. Management people and there strategy

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and balcony for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Haven't found anything wrong so far.
