The directors lack MANAGEMENT skills and LEADERSHIP qualities. The company has no clear vision, mission or goals to align with. They struggle with basics to conduct meetings, technology or even take proper briefings from clients. They operate in a relaxed and carefree manner untill the deadline dates are near. OUS has tendency to make false promises to employees, failing to deliver on them. It's worst work environment one could experience, lacking professionalism. Working for OUS has damaged my career and mental health. The HR micro- manages employees, constantly monitoring their every move and the same is questioned at all the times. The company prefers to hire employees/ interns or those who are in desperate need of a job due to financial difficulties. They provide no employee benefits and expect 100% output, even of it means late sittings due to their mis-management. The salary payment date i.e. 10th of every month is often breached, causing mental stress and hence unbalanced lifestyle for employees. OUS delays salary payment 8/10 times, citing financial crunch or payments pending from clients and investor as reasons. During their hiring process, OUS represents itself as an established company with a roaster of clients which is false. If you are reading this. Please save yourself. It is a Disgusting place to work at. Very unprofessional. The owner has no vision for the company and HR is the worst . You will be misguided with their absolutely false claims of work and over exaggerated achievements. Zero encouragement, no job security. You will be joined for one role and made to do another. Loss making company with no money to even pay their own employees. They do not pay salary on time and will make you resign or terminate you as per their will and fancies. They are a scam. There were 3 partners. The 3rd partner robbed the other 2. They do not have clients or any funds what so ever. They hire people as employees and then salaries are never paid due to the situation they are in. They do not have any management skills or vision for the company. 'As an ex former employee of OPTIMUM UTILITY SOLUTIONS company is fraud and bogus, I have had a negative experience working there. Despite promises of competitive pay and lack of benefits, the company failed to pay any Employees on time and would frequently change the terms of our employment without notice this is their way of saying every penny without giving any. Additionally, the management was moody and difficult to work with a lack of knowledge to run an organization making rules like big companies and when the time comes to pay they state that they are a bootstrap organization utter nonsense comes into director's mouths all the time doesn't make any sense with their ideas. Giving bad commitments and bringing random faults in you, non of the words coming off the director's head made sense, continuously making it a stressful environment. Overall, I would not recommend this company as an employer. However, I would suggest that you save yourself because the company is on the verge of falling apart and I see no improvement in management as they hide their financial issue and fake the number of clientele they have coz 'non' 'zero' they have nothing just will make you hogg and will make u plan forces birthday surprises...Read More
