I liked most about fully remote job opportunity. Specially for female employees those are having career gap in their career they are providing job opportunity for them as well. So once again they can start their careers. Female employee can easily manage their wok life balance bz of fully remote job opportunity.

Few facilities are not available need to cover like, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increments, Employee Mediclaim etc.

It gives an open platform to his employees to contribute to the benefit of the company, Even it cares about the Recruiter also, being in touch with each other. The top Management always directly interacts with the employees so there is no Politics in the work culture. Which is one of the best things. Work from Home Culture but very professional daily synchronize calls to keep you pumped up .

Don't ever join on commission-based roles, they just hired a pool of recruiters and they choose a profile or two from them and get back your credit commission money also after that the position got closed, that's a great business model, but the worst place to get in, will end up holding nothing, you better work for charity, they don't even give any source like Naukri but suck yours.
