1) They ask you to make dummy clones of other products available and running successfully 2) Blindly building new products without even realising that few to none consumers who are using them only the link shortening and redirections are making money. 3) No senior guidance all the members who are there were interns and then converted full times 4) Bad developer experience, hostile environment 5) No perks like friday parties or company trips, team bonding activities, even Friday nights are being consumed in the dumb "Town hall" (7-9) 6) Remote workers have good WLB, if the company goes remote then I'd definitely recommend you to join. 7) Very very very specific niche they use to build things, no other company would require the skills that are required here. 8) No clear evaluation of work contributions, with some handling major tasks and others complexities, often citing examples from major tech companies that have experienced teams. 9) The product development process prioritizes building before considering third-party requirements, causing delays and wasted time. 10) Flawed hiring process includes quick hiring and quick firing when the project completes they can fire you without even thought you have moved cities to join this comoany, paid flat deposits they will only keep if you are usable according to the Self obsessed CEO....Read More
