No job security as they have meeting with you suddenly and tell you that thank you for your services at WEBWARE.IO and we are ending your terms with us from this moment and they don't even pay you on your remaining paid Leaves and other facilities which they should. They just give you your worked days salary in the name of severance.

Work load & pressure is too much which would help you to cope up with your next job. Experience in handling and working with international clients which is a positive factor.

1) Salary : Joining salary for freshers is Rs13300 (including P.F & insurance) & in hand salary is Rs 11300 which is very less considering the workload & pressure they burden you with. 2) Perfection : After joining, the company expects you to be expert within 1 month in productivity and accuracy. And would generally try to compareyour work with existing experienced employees. Also a whole lot of pressure & mental torture is put so that employees can achieve this within 1 month. 3) Management : Management literally treats its employees like a machine. You must be highly accurate in your work, no exception for human tendency of making even slighest errors. Quality manager makes employees cry after even 1 error. They roll out policies for employees without engaging its employees or without considering the opinion of its employees. 4) Work culture : Literally a school. Because of the following points: - Cant' eat on your desk not even a chocolate. (If they catch you eating on your desk or within working area ,they will mark you in your KRA which will directly affect your salary increment. KRA is your monthly performance scores which includes your productivity ,efficiency ,accuracy and your overall behavior) But thankfully drinking tea or cold drink is allowed. - Have to log in/ compensate for tea or coffee breaks. - No talking during work not even once....Read More

Overall work life was okay as I had joined in as a fresher, got to learn and experience different tasks and challenges in an work environment. But no salary satisfaction for the work we put in.

Work environment is not cool, there are lot of unnecessary rules and always more of work and less of money. Leaves, compensation, bonus are very difficult to get in Open Destination,I would suggest not to try this company anytime. Waste of time
