The management at ODL. There are certain staff members in every team within ODL who are gossip mongers and make life hell for newly joined employees. They are partial to newly joined employees who are their friends.(People they know outside ODL) They will publicly humiliate you, ridicicule you, threaten you about your weak performance at work(even if you are doing an okay job)....and the worst part? They are responsible for training new employees. They grade you. They decide if you are fit to work in the company or no. Many employees leave ODL after suffering at the hands of these senior staff. They usually work in groups. Every team has a group of such people. They're nothing but bullies. And they keep getting promoted. The management is aware that such staff exist within the company and have not taken any action on them for years. Why even hire outsiders at ODL? Hire only friends and family of these bullies.
