I have been with open from last 2 years and i have got lot of opportunity to learn grow and learn . The main thing i noticed in open is the work life balance which you wont get in any startups. It is always happy to work productive and people who are super supportive. Every time i focus more worklife balance and i am so satisfied with OPEN and the flexible working hours itself great. i was able to learn new programming languages, infra setup etc. since i was part of micro-service development team.
