I joined right out of college,working in the early days with a small team, which taught me a lot. Now we have beacome a big 500 member family. As a fresher i got lot of opportunity to explore and learn new things. It is so happy to see former collegues coming back, i truly believe it is because of the support and the guidance from our management.

It is always happy to work productive and people who are super supportive. Every time i focus more worklife balance and i am so satisfied with OPEN and the flexible working hours itself great. i was able to learn new programming languages, infra setup etc. since i was part of micro-service development team.
