They give good salary to me and as a junior it is good for me. They give party which I enjoy.

Dislikes

HR team is bad, they does not listen to me. I see them roaming on floor and play some ball games. When I told them about my concern they did not listened to me. Good people are leaving and long working people in company are management peoples friends. Both the devops architect are abusive and bad attitude people. Good people leave because they does not let people work. HR are also management peoples friends so no one will help. They show good side on social media but they are false. Great place to work is not true. They make my team work on weekends and management people does not listen to me. HR people will show false concern on social media but they will really not help anyone....Read More

The certifications like GPTW are by transparent external agencies, and the surveys are anonymous. We are pretty sure you must have been a part of these surveys. Nobody can manipulate the outcome of these surveys. So, we are proud to be recognized with these accolades. Employee well-being is always the highest priority for HR and management. The HR team always tries to address concerns on top priority with the best possible solutions in their purview. We will retrospect and conduct a thorough inquiry into the said behavioural issues. However, we are confident that such incidents are not a part of Opcito's work culture. Please know that we are actively taking steps to enhance our work culture and to create a workplace without hierarchies.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
