The thought of leaving the company

No job security. No appraisal since 2019 April and no appraisal seems likely this year because the company got Covid-19 2nd wave as the latest fresh excuse. Poor salary. Inhumane working hours. Bad technology with a lot of bugs since it is cheap and c grade and compromised to cut costs

had a terrible experience with Onsitego. I was offer Rs 3000 GV to write a positive review like some other employees but i decided to write the truth instead

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
