It’s a good workplace with a positive environment and a lot of learning. Frankly, work pressure is manageable most of the time and the good part is there is flexibility to work as per your suitable timing. No politics here unlike other companies I have worked with in the past. I would say this is an employee friendly place with supportive seniors. The team is good and the manager is more like a friend who you can learn a lot from. Onsitego also offers mediclaim benefits for employees and helps employees in times of need. I have been here and it's been a good learning experience. Seniors are supportive and encouraging and team members are friendly. The environment is quite chilled out as long as work is done on time. If you are new in product or engineering you will learn a lot with this company. It also offers an attractive salary package so I would love to stick around.
