It’s a good workplace with a positive environment and a lot of learning. Frankly, work pressure is manageable most of the time and the good part is there is flexibility to work as per your suitable timing. No politics here unlike other companies I have worked with in the past. I would say this is an employee friendly place with supportive seniors. The team is good and the manager is more like a friend who you can learn a lot from. Onsitego also offers mediclaim benefits for employees and helps employees in times of need. Work culture is the best. It's a good place for starting a career for freshers. Company also pays well and on time every month. Teammates and management are also supportive. I love this place also because I have experienced growth here and the company cares for its employees.

I am happy working here for the last 2 years. Young professionals have a good chance to learn on the job and grow. The work culture here is flexible and salary is released on time every month. The company also plans product training and soft skills training to help us improve at our job.
