I am happy working here for the last 2 years. Young professionals have a good chance to learn on the job and grow. The work culture here is flexible and salary is released on time every month. The company also plans product training and soft skills training to help us improve at our job. As far as seniors and the management is concerned, they are supportive and always willing to help in any situation. 1) This is a good place to work with young professionals and learn on the job 2) Work culture is great with opportunities for quick growth 3) During peak season you may experience a bit of work pressure but otherwise there is good work-life balance 4) We also have regular trainings for professional growth which is a good thing.
