In my previous review, I wasn't very detailed, but I'll aim to be concise and thorough this time. Joining this company has been the biggest regret of my life; in my career spanning over 4 years, I've never encountered anything like it. There's no real business or product here—it's a trap. Don't be swayed by the CEO or Founder, who are based in the US with minimal involvement. The company is actually led by a 22-year-old with no work experience, sitting in a cabin with the grand title of Director. If you want to avoid being misled, look into their revenue model or speak directly with Vansh Gupta. Just one meeting with him will reveal the true nature of this company. Vansh, who exhibits a "class monitor" mentality, runs the office like a school. Even your washroom breaks are monitored, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in half-day leave deductions. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially women, as there is constant audio and video monitoring. Vansh Gupta, lacking any relevant skills, continuously watches you via live camera feeds from his cabin. No one is willing to discuss actual work matters. The company continually hires and fires employees to feed one person’s ego. Over the past two months, six employees have left due to frustration with the toxic work culture and lack of respect. There’s no one to address your complaints. I had to involve the labor commission to obtainmy relieving letter, final settlement, salary slip, and provident fund credit. I also reported their unethical practices. There's no job security, no empathy, and it’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep while working there. Now, as I write this, I’ve learned that new hires and other employees are being forced to write glowing reviews to counteract my first review. I want to prevent students, freshers, and other professionals from experiencing what my colleagues and I went through.
