Company will give you opportunity to work. I worked with them for a year. Initially I was praised a lot and my work was appreciated but as new people came I was cornered. There are few old employee who run the racket of politics here. when I had joined during my first weeks I was told that who to talk to and who to stay away from and being new I followed what my manager said but slowly realised that my manager was wrong.
