Likes

The technology and projects are good. But when it comes to company management and work life balance,it's a terrible firm. They believe in hire and fire. They fire people for no reason.

Dislikes

no work life balance No appraisal. Management is politically motovated. They do not like hard working as they deserve better.

I am working here since four month ago , I am really satisified with the company for having deep knowledge in the IT domains for different sections like payment gateways, android apps development, Software development for various businesses or enterprises. In this company the collegues were very creative , innovative who will really cares other whatever it may be junior or senior.

Dislikes

Nothing to complain about it , I think they give the bestest services , salary in the industry.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
