Teammates are supportive. I was joined in 2017 and worked in various departments and after 2years they have made me Onrole now I lost my job due to corona pandemic situation and now my company is telling that in full and final settlement I will recieve either leave encashment or 3months pay whichever is higher but my 3months pay is higher but still my company gave me only leave encashment amount. Every company should be fair with all his employees because we will be treating our company as a family. But company will just treat us as a employees only....Read More

This is a big disaster to me and my family as i have lost job due to Covid-19 because i am newly married and staying in rented house having lot of problems EMI's , credit card bill , Loans .... din't thought that i will lose my job because of covid-19 if i get another chance to work in OLA definitely will work again . My role is Onboarding the vehicles ,also help other employees regarding the process not only to my city also to other cities, also give training to drivers, happy to tell that onboarded more than 50 EV vehicles first in PAN INDIA , helped other teams etc
