The colleagues were really awesome in terms of their skills and friendliness naturewise. The cab facility (only before 7AM and after 7PM) is safe and good with their own tracking system which makes life easier.

Dislikes

The salary is quite good but they are quite slow in terms of increments or double pay. Very bad leave management systems from the team leaders. The work-life balance is somehow disturbed because of no understanding of personal or unexpected health issues. The appraisal parameters are changed last moment if they see most of them are eligible for 5 stars...they make it more difficult at the last moment of the increment....Read More

Work Details

Work is monotonous. No scope of learning new things and no space of fun activities. Its like a typical work and work only job with lots of daily updates. No brainstorming about existing issues or no actions for the One-on-one discussions. Sadly...bad :(

There was nothing I loved about Ani technologies... expect few college I meet there and who are my friends now...and the security guards as I found the only humble people over there.

Everything...expect the friends I made there and the security guards..😄 ..they never think about the employee...Ani technologies believe in spreading false commitment to the drivers....so much calls in a day..they don't care about anyone...they just want to earn money even if someone is dying...no team leader was good or supportive....I just learn one thing from them is how to change your words within a minute and put blame to others...you can't take leave,you can't take break when you like ...you have to fight more than 2 years for your p.f...and still fighting for that...even did 24 hours shift due to their mistake...just because I had to receive my mom form railway station and I wanted a leave for next day and the manager asked me to do double shift...cabs facilities are worst...driver don't call...and don't want to drop you at your drop location just because the u trun is little bit far...the food they used to provide was good if you want to waste your money...you can't even share...Read More

Pathetic...don't go there to make your life hell...there is no clinic of your get I'll..you need to go the security guards and he will give you paracetamol the only drug ani technologies have with them even if your are suffering from cancer or aids
