High material attrition. No coherent strategy. Poor product leadership - the CPO is notorious for screaming and shouting at employees and forcing people to work on weekends.

Ola gives surprises 😀 in terms of learning, growth and salary hike which was happening genuinely basis performance between 2014-2017.

Dislikes

Since 2018, people got changed and favouritism started up. So shocking thing was layoff become trendy every year during salary hike. Ola moves the process to vendors.

Nothing to like about. They will all behave good in the beginning but their real faces reflect more and more as days goes by

One of the worst organisation I have ever worked with. No job security. Toxic work culture. It is an organization where people constantly fear being fired for even the smallest mistake creates a toxic and stressful environment that stifles creativity and productivity.

It was a horrible experience working in Ola cars as they didn't have a perfect management and infrastructure in which the company had to shutdown it's process within 8months which was most unexpected for more the 1000employees

Didn't find any good thing about OLA. The company shows that they have a good culture but it is as real as an unicorn.

Poor Management. No communication. You are expected to work 24/7 and you are expected to pick up calls, doesn't matter if you had completed a 30 hour shift.

No need of variable deduction As co. pays it off the whole deducted amount, when there is no concept of rating grade deduction of variable No on time appraisal No quterly outing No job security - one shd work hard day n night to come under managers notice for securing job No motivation No team building HR is of no use
