Ownr is Fearless,Ambitious and has potential to achieve the impossible .

Unfortunately, unlike the owner the Leadership in Senior Management in R&D, Sales, Service, Sourcing and Manufacturing are Weak and Timid, Haven't handled Pressure in earlier jobs most of them are retired ex employees of OEMs. All Yes Boss employees. For Owner it is better to have Wise Competitors than having Foolish Senior Leadership.

Not even one thing...there is lot of things which are ..... unnecessarily they hire people yhen they remove people....Though you are performing well they don't care...I mean there is not even 1% job security. Worst work culture and management. Most of weekends also you will have to work. So basically if you join this company your professional career as well as personal career would be going to ruin in purpose....Read More
