If your looking for money and work then it is a good firm . It has a very good payroll as compared to many big mnc and most of the component of your salary will inhand . The technology they are using are very advanced and you can explore many good tech and can lead it also at very early stage.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad here . It is like a typicall startup where you have to available every time irrespective of the time day , they can call you any time and you have to be available. There is always a constant pressure to deliver everything overnight. There is no job security you can fired anytime

Work life balance. Given that it's a startup you would expect that you would have to stretch your timelines a few days. But now, it's managed very horrible. No respect for peoples views. Fast fail approach from the upper management in every aspect. Entire middle management is filled with nincompoops.

The CEO thinks of engineers like EC2 instances that can be shut down and brought up at any time. If work is there he will hire in bulk and then he will ruthlessly get rid of those people once the job is over. The highest positions in tech are filled with leaders who themselves have never worked on anything related to tech. A lot ofcons are there which can't be summarised in a review. The team mates are really good. They help each other. Even the developers are also very supportive. Even though work is hectic most of the time, you will also find free time. You will improve your SQL & Scripting & Debugging & Data analysis & Stake holder management skills. And you will learn how to manage work pressure.

Higher management is taking bad decisions in the name of increasing productivity. Even though they are aware of work is hectic, they completely stopped work from home(rarely taking option) & stopped flexibility(they became strict about the shift timings). like even if you come on time at your shift you cant leave on time due heavy work. and night shift people have to come to office even if only one person is working in night shift. They are not providing cups to have tea/coffees. If you want to drink coffee/ water you should carry your own bottle/mugs to the office everyday. No appreciation for hard work.
