When joined as QA process was good but when moved to another process it was not at all good. Salary was good.

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle shifted to July instead of April. Work environment was not good no job security, transportation was not good, no scope to learn new things other than core job , no open door policy which impact lot, no growth opportunities, shift time pathetic, quality team pathetic which impact your monthly and annual rating,
