Nothing. It's not organisation.Its like shop. No work culture.No freedom. It's like living in prison. 9:00 to 6:00 you are living in jail. No outgoing timing. Worst company.

Your phones are in locker. No going out during lunch break. Once you enter office,you can leave only after 6:30 pm.
