It is a really great organisation to work with as the working environment is great , people are approachable and helpful.They give you free hand to work so you can share ideas with management and can learn alot.

Company culture is good and cafeteria area is nice other than this nothing good at this workplace

Management is poor and baised. They will ask to do the work of 2-3 persons by single one person only. No appraisal and increment are terrible don't expect that you will be appreciated for your work and get good increment 5-10% is average increment. If anyone whats to hang up their carrer. Join them ridiculous organisation with pitty salary they offer.

The compensation offered is on the lower side. The manager has absolute say with no interaction of senior management.
