In present there will b no growth in finance as the seniours are not good and the culture of finance department is fulfilled with disappointed. Growth and skills development are not the part of finance in oceaneering, its a story about new joiner.

Company culture is good and cafeteria area is nice other than this nothing good at this workplace

Dislikes

Management is poor and baised. They will ask to do the work of 2-3 persons by single one person only. No appraisal and increment are terrible don't expect that you will be appreciated for your work and get good increment 5-10% is average increment. If anyone whats to hang up their carrer. Join them ridiculous organisation with pitty salary they offer.
