Company Culture is too good, everyone is supportive

Dislikes

Work is monotonous which is same type of work in every new project but this was with my Team other Teams have different Tasks. Highly depends on the Team you are selected for.

Hi, i have over more than 4 year of experience specially into project management, budget development, cashflow forecasting.

I don't know what to do now currently i do have package of 10,20000, just don't know how to switch looking my friends and colleagues who are getting double digit salary in between range of 15 to 25 lpa also some of them getting jobs in abroad looking them i feel stuck, trying many thing but it seems not a single things going into my favor. Looking for positive advice.

As I am working in oceaneering as a temporary guy. But due to covid-19, I am about to loose my job after August. As oceaneering is removing all temporary guys because of the current situation created due to Covid-19. Upto now, everything seems fine in oceaneering. I am getting full salary as I am working from home.

Dislikes

it has been 2 years almost since I started working here. So it is very worst condition for a Cad engineer in oceaneering. I found no one happy working here.
