No doubt oxy has its cultre of operation. Unfortunately the field employees and city office staff culture varies. City office under estimate field employees and at times no sincere evaluation is done on their culture, sincerity, hardwork, initiative and leadership.

Influence is used for personal gain by city management team.

Work Details

It was my great privilage working for oxy. But at the end some have taken wrong unfair decision on your personalty, and never gave chance to hear you. No justice shown.
