Company hikes are above avg only if you’re a billable resource. Washrooms are good and tea coffee machine is available minus the canteen.

Dislikes

No scope of learning anything new. They don’t know how to utilise a resource properly. They can fire anytime and sometimes just they ask for one day resignation involuntarily. Recently they are fighting a court case against one employee whom they fired when she returned back to work after a long sick leave. Without informing her, her bag and belongings were kept near security while she was using washroom. They did not pay her anything. Now the case is in labour court as on 9 Feb 2024...Read More

It's difficult to get a release from the project, even when the reasons are valid they won't leave you, but if they want to fire you , they will do it giving 30 days notice

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
