Working in this company is a very good start for a young hotel enthusiast. The work culture is such that everyone is encouraged to work as a team and to have each other’s back. It’s a healthy environment where the team members behaviour and the company policies are always in alignment. Team members are recognised for their input and the promotion is always in proportion to it.

Dislikes

The only cons is the work - life balance. At times it feels that the job takes most of the time and leaves little to less for personal life. However in the recent years the company did introduce the 6 offs a month policy and this did help to more equalise the balance.
