Nice to work here. Job security is ok the company is working on a government project. There is lot to learn in this.

Dislikes

We are working with under govt. Project on site development on line project we are analazying the development side.and we are not get in to the development path. Nor there in any chance of getting development.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I was working in Lucknow to develop software applications for government department. Working hours were good. Good support from management. Provides good salary as per industry norms.

Dislikes

Organization politics is much. Nativity exist, company trust on South people more than north. No variables pay, bonus or salary increments. They generally increment after 3 years only.
