I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The way our company manage this terrible situation of covid19 is extra-ordinary, got all the possible support from entire HR and saftey team. & im really glad to a part of this family.

I would like to point one thing & that is the bonus system what we have currently as on yearly basis. Instead it can be made on 6 months. As it makes soundly as to company as well as to emlpoyees also.
