Work environment is good. But old staff is not accepting any new idea from new staff. I have seen only demotion in this organization not promotion. I have worked around 2 years and 2 years my salary is decrease by 2k but not increase. No mediclaim r all.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. There is no future of employment above the working culture. I have seen it many times the peoople talks as bullied language no polite people are there whom you can have it to make you experienced and about salary appraisal is to low increment in a year like maximum 700. Management plays a politics role sometimes at the time of appraisal of year.
