School gave me good opportunity to grow.infrastructure is modern. Fully a.c. Spacious building. Audio video aids available.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
