It is a US controlled organization so even the Indian management cannot take any decision without US management approval. Except for HR who is awesome, rest of the Indian management people are more concerned about themselves and not about the company or their subordinates.

I was part of a company which has been taken over by O.C.Tanner and almost none have been treated fairly in terms of designation or compensation or work assignment. It is a pity when an organization does not value the individual's work experience

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
