Next level politics done by Regional manager who is recently promoted from Area manager, And his best Chaatu who promoted from SM to Area Manager *(Canteen ki daaru kaam aa Gai) , Sometimes I really feels why Falguni is unable to understand attrition hike reason. I mean he is in system from last 7 year without knowing anything promoted from Store manager to Cluster manager, *( Off-course he was driver of HO team who so ever visits Delhi NCR from Mumbai). Nothing.. worst company i have ever been with, Please do a background check about your manager and team before joining. Zero learning, AM, Managers etc are doing works of executive like loading offers and giving small inputs. Lot of operational work.. No proper system.. people do everything on google sheets

Only people who can play politics will be able to survive here and those who are good at buttering and entertaining managers will be able to get promotion. People judge others on the basics of how you dress and what you eat, All of these are because they hire very young folks who has zero exp and just passed out from the collage toreduce cost and these kids acts like they are still in college. Toxic managers and useless HR is the major problem, Managers doesnt want the team mate to learn or climb up, they treat you with extream disrespect and make you lose all your confidence. The managers even make personal comments on to there juniors, Even top level managers are useless, The HR won't take action even after reporting about toxic manager. Extreme pressure for daily and weekly business like working in banking sale,cluster Manager dileep used to call every time to generate sale and some times tell to call customers to come to mall and buy,phone and Whatsapps keeps ringing from 6 am to 12 am,cluster manager will text u at 12 am and will ask why daily target is not achieved,no peace in day offs,work load is like too much even 5 store managers can’t finish daily / weekly tasks,half of the staffing is from nykaa while half of them are from external brands and u as a store manager will barely command of them and their day off,i never feel this much of ‘majboor’ in other organizations.
