There is nothing to like about Nykaa. The way its shown outside about its fame and beauty its completely the opposite inside.

Dislikes

Everyone out here talks to each out over a virtual call for even a small 10 mins meetings. New Joiner are not even given the warm welcome and introduction on their first day of joining. There is no proper management carried out here, everyone has a very cold causal behavior. Interestingly the VP's don't take the interview if you are going to be reporting under them, this is the first step of creating a flaw in building a good rapport between the two.
