Just by doing 1 floor project they asume that they are superior in designing, just by coping the things is not an engineering… there is no versatility only repetitive things kitchen projects. No work life balance as if you work for 180 hours in a month they will assign you only 80 hours rest ours will be included in not completed and rework. When it comes to promotion they will show you the same graph that you are working leas so we are unable to give you promotion this time.
