1. No Pros. Company looks good from the outside. From the inside, it is highly unorganised.. 2. If you are ready to work from paycheck to paycheck OR you don't have any other job offer, then this is the company for you. 3. Having Alternate Saturday off. 4. A good percentage of your salary is performance bonus. 5. It's proprietorship firm, not a Ltd. Company. 6. You will be free from debt as no bank will give you a loan because of the above. 7. There is clueless, endless and view-less work force-fed to you that will keep you engaged in a nail-biting day. 8. You will never gain weight because you won't get proper time and environment to eat. 9. Company is very 'Dynamic". Policies change within the hour according to the need of the management. 10. 1. Long work hours, minimum pay. 2. The company considers everyone as a "RESOURCE" that can be switched out easily. 3. The company is unethical from top to bottom. 4. Extremely high attrition rate. 5. Performance bonus is never paid. Period. 6. Very mediocre but egoistic management. 7. Management of the company has a whimsical senseof humor. Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 8. No vision and mission. You have to constantly musk the management for your stability. Non-meritorious boot-licking culture. 9. No Motivation from the management. It is based in India while they claim to be a US based firm. It is as British as an MG hector can be. 10. So unless you are a robot, stay away. 11. Founder is a man with his arms tied and a fake American Accent. 12. No point of view for employee. 13. HR has no idea why they are hired for. They only make fake promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in, you will start feeling cheated. 14. No employee engagement or team building programs. No favorable working environment. 15. No one has any clue on what they are working upon. 16. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company, except that there will be no dues paid. 17. Average life of a good employee is max 6 Months. 18. The probation period is 6 months in which you have only maximum of one leave per month. 19. If you exceed one leave per month, it will result in immediate loss of pay.
