I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Wockhardt Hospital at Goa, was a brand in itself. An employee friendly and compassionate hospital, that took great care of the employees in training, developing as well as the earnings that i received were immense. Work Culture was good, the management was good & the company policies were employee friendly, therefore it was a good experience to work with them.
