We can learn many new things & lot of space for innovation but not appreciated by senior managers or reporting boss

Senior Managers are very selfish & always show bossism never like our hard work there is lot of politics & favour for a guy who doesn't work always give comment about others in production Managers are not hard workers they always have a time for family & always get leave whenever they want but not for reportees

Lot of politics, employees gowth is based on only feedback from his superior not from performance, lot of partiality between south and north karnataka, only south people get the growth opportunity even though there is no performance and north people need to work only as ACS at field level. All current managers are from only south karnataka
