The management cares well about the flexibility of work from home for genuine reasons. They give hike of 10 percent min for each employee. Open for employees feedback for continuous improvements. Very good rapo with immediate manager. They go out of the way to support employees at their best !

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
